l am looking for a Health Care job in the Ophthalmology field. l wanna know if that would make my resume more attractive to health care employers .

Yes put it on there, in any health care setting it is very important. But in this day and age almost any job may require it. My dad is a powerlineman and it is required for all of his workers. My husband is a plumber and it was required before he could get his masters.

That is definitely a useful and important skill to have. Go for it. Even if your employer wo not care, what do you have to lose? Putting this on your resume could be a first step to building trust with your employer. Definitely do it.

In my humble opinion it would. The fact that you have taken voluntary steps to further yourself should always be mentioned.
