What first aid elements should I carry while setting out for a camping

When I go camping, I usually will have a good sized first aid kit with us.
When camping a person is usually a good distance from a Hospital or anyone else for that matter.

If I run a knife into my hand or end up cutting my leg with an axe, I want to be able to treat myself to the point I can be transported to a Hospital, & make it there alive.

I would suggest a first aid kit just as large if not larger then ur home first aid kit.

A snake bite kit can be very useful in a first aid kit too, but more damage can be done if it is not used carefully.

Just my 2 cents.

Bring a small first aid kit, packed with alcohol, cotton, medicines that you think would be very useful while camping, insect repellent lotion, bug spray, bandaid, during my first camping I forget to bring such things good thing that yellowstone cabins got all the things I need

It is highly recommended to carry the very basic first aid kit which that contains aspirin, bandages, gauze, pads, insect repellant, and other health and safety supplies. The first aid kit will help you treat minor injuries at camp. If this is your first camping then you should go through this article for more tips.
